Sometimes homes built in the 1930’s can have an abundance of small rooms causing them to feel quite cramped.  By opening walls up and adding necessary support beams, we can create the more popular “great room” found in today’s homes.  This can make older houses feel much larger, giving it a modern layout while still keeping that original charm!
